Correction

    In rule document 96-29988 beginning on page 63702 in the issue of 
Monday, December 2, 1996 make the following correction:
    On page 63704, in the first column, the second complete paragraph, 
``Issued in Renton, Washington, on November 18, 1997.'' should read 
``Issued in Renton, Washington, on November 18, 1996.''
