ACTION: Notice of committee meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) has established a regulatory negotiation committee to develop a proposed rule on accessibility guidelines for newly constructed and altered play facilities covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Architectural Barriers Act. This document announces the times and location of the next meeting of the committee, which is open to the public. DATES: The next committee meeting will be on January 6-9, 1997, beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day. The meeting will end at 5:00 p.m. each day, except on January 9, 1997 when it will end at 12 noon.
