Take notice that on November 15, 1996, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (Midwestern), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 100, to be effective November 1, 1996. Midwestern states that the revised tariff sheet is submitted to comply with the Commission's October 31, 1996 order in this proceeding. Midwestern states that, pursuant to such order, the revised sheet makes clear that Midwestern is not authorized to negotiate terms and conditions of service. Midwestern states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all affected customers and state regulatory commissions. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
