Undercat/Panther Timber Sales, Wenatchee National Forest, Chelan 
County, WA

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Cancellation of a notice of intent to prepare an environmental 
impact statement.

SUMMARY: On July 10, 1991, a notice of intent to prepare an 
environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Undercat/Panther Timber 
Sales on the Entiat Ranger District of the Wenatchee National Forest 
was published in the Federal Register (56 FR 31372). Forest Service has 
decided to cancel the preparation of an EIS for this proposed action. 
The Notice of Intent is hereby rescinded.
