    Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Public Law 92-463, 86 Stat. 770), notice is hereby given of the 
following meeting:

    Name: American Statistical Association's Committee on Energy 
Statistics, a utilized Federal Advisory Committee.
    Date and Time: Thursday, November 7, 9:00 a.m.-4:15 p.m.; 
Friday, November 8, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
