These objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign lenders. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the listed exhibit objects at North Carolina Museum of Art, in Raleigh, North Carolina, from on or about November 16, 1996, to on or about July 6, 1997, is in the national interest.
