AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule; dismissal of.

SUMMARY: The Commission dismisses the request of Bea Kimbrough seeking 
the allotment of Channel 291A to Wynnewood, OK, as the community's 
first local aural transmission service. Kimbrough filed comments 
withdrawing her interest in applying for the channel and no other 
parties filed comments supporting the allotment. With this action, this 
proceeding is terminated.
