This Declaration is further amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning on September 9, 1996 and continuing through September 11, 1996. All contiguous municipalities have been previously declared. All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date for filing applications for physical damage is November 11, 1996, and for loans for economic injury the deadline is June 11, 1997.
