Take notice that on October 1, 1996, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company (Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be effective November 1, 1996: Second Revised Sheet No. 1807 Third Revised Sheet No. 1808 Koch states this filing is submitted as an application pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 717c (1988), and Part 154 of the Rules and Regulations of the Commission. Koch states that it is filing the above tariff sheets to revise the procedure for displacing nominated interruptible transportation which is paying less than the maximum rate. Koch states that copies of the filing are being mailed to Koch's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
