Take notice that on September 30, 1996, Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing with the Commission Third Revised Sheet No. 358A to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff pursuant to Section 39 of that Tariff. The proposed effective date of the above-referenced tariff sheet is September 30, 1996. Williston Basin states that as of July 31, 1996 it had a zero balance in FERC Account No. 191. As a result, Williston Basin will neither refund nor bill its customers for any amounts under the conditions of Section No. 39.3.1 of its FERC Gas Tariff. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 215 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Sections 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions or protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
