Take notice that on September 5, 1996, Caprock Pipeline Company (Caprock) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, to be effective October 1, 1996: Fourth Revised Sheet No. 4 Fourth Revised Sheet No. 5 Caprock states that these revised tariff sheets are filed to revise Caprock's tariff to reflect the Commission approved Annual Charge Adjustment (ACA) factor to be effective on October 1, 1996. The effect of this change is to reduce the applicable ACA surcharge to $.0020. Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the Commission's Rule of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214, 385.211). All such motions or protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
