Take notice that on August 30, 1996 Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. tendered a letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission advising that the Annual Charge Adjustment surcharge for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 1996 would remain unchanged. Iroquois states that the ACA surcharge will remain at $0.0023 per Dth Iroquois states that copies of the filing were served upon all jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedures.
