Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Annual Charge 
Adjustment Filing

September 6, 1996.
    Take notice that on August 30, 1996 Iroquois Gas Transmission 
System, L.P. tendered a letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission advising that the Annual Charge Adjustment surcharge for the 
Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 1996 would remain unchanged. Iroquois 
states that the ACA surcharge will remain at $0.0023 per Dth
    Iroquois states that copies of the filing were served upon all 
jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedures. All such motions or protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion 
to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
