Correction

    In rule document 96-21900 beginning on page 44396 in the issue of 
Wednesday, August 28, 1996, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 44396, in the second column, under ``DATES: Effective 
date.'', in the last line ``February 28, 1998'' should read ``August 
28, 1998''.
    2. On the same page, in the same column, under ``DATES: Compliance 
dates., in the last line ``February 28, 1998'' should read ``August 28, 
1998''.
