PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED DATES AND ADDRESSES OF MEETING: Monday, September
9, 1996, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, September 10, 1996, 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; NASA Headquarters, Conference Room MIC 6-A/B West,
300 E Street, SW, Washington, DC 20546.
CHANGES IN THE MEETING: The meeting will be closed to the public on
Monday, September 9, 1996, 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on Tuesday,
September 10, 1996, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in accordance with 5 U.S.C.
552b(c)(6), to allow for a discussion on procedures and conflicts of
interest of scientific priorities by the members.
