ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: As part of its regulatory reinvention initiative, EPA is reviewing its reporting requirements under section 8(d) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The Agency's goal is to streamline the reporting requirements while enhancing its ability to protect human health and the environment. EPA invites all interested parties to attend a public meeting to discuss possible amendments to the section 8(d) of TSCA model rule which requires reporting of health and safety studies [[Page 43547]] (see 40 CFR part 716). This notice announces the location and time for the meeting and sets forth tentative agenda topics.
