Notice of a Prospective Patent License
AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
ACTION: Notice of Prospective Patent License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Morgan Matroc, Inc., has applied
for a partially exclusive license to practice the invention disclosed
in NASA Case No. LAR-15348-1, entitled ``THIN-LAYER COMPOSITE-UNIMORPH
PIEZOELECTRIC DRIVER AND SENSOR, `THUNDER,' '' for which a U.S. Patent
Application was filed on April 4, 1995, by the United States of America
as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and
Space Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant of a
license should be sent to Mr. George F. Helfrich, Patent Counsel,
Langley Research Center.
