Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

August 13, 1996.
    Take notice that on August 7, 1996, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets in to be 
effective April 12, 1996:

Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 1408
Substitute Third Revised Sheet No. 1409

    Koch states that these revised tariff sheets are filed to comply 
with the Commission ``Order Denying Rehearing in Part'' issued July 23, 
1996 in Docket No. RP96-172-001. As directed, Koch revised the tariff 
sheets to state that Koch will provide notice of a change in primary 
receipt or delivery point after the change has been executed.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E. 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Regulations. All such protest must be filed as provided in 
Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining appropriate action to be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
