Correction

    In rule document 96-19169 beginning on page 39271 in the issue of 
Monday, July 29, 1996, make the following correction:


Sec. 217.5  [Corrected]

    On page 39273, in the first column, in Sec. 217.5(a)(1), in the 
fifth line from the bottom ``[Insert date of publication in the Federal 
Register]'' should read ``July 29, 1996''.
