Foreign-Trade Zone 194--Rio Rancho, New Mexico Withdrawal of 
Application for Processing Authority for Lukens Medical Corporation 
Plant

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, grantee of FTZ 194, 
requesting authority on behalf of Lukens Medical Corporation (Lukens) 
to process surgical sutures under zone procedures at the Lukens plant 
located within FTZ 194. The application was filed on December 2, 1993 
(58 FR 65329, 12/14/93).
    The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed 
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
