Take notice that on July 29, 1996, Sabine Pipe Line Company (Sabine) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet proposed to be effective September 1, 1996: Third Revised Sheet No. 289 Sabine states that the revised tariff sheet reflects a change in operating personnel shared by Sabine and its affiliated marketing company. Sabine states that copies of this filing are being mailed to its customers, state commissions and other interested parties. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
