This notice is provided pursuant to Section 112(4) of the Wild Bird Conservation Act of 1992, 50 CFR 15.26(c). Applicant: Mark Schriver, Orwigsburg, PA. The applicant wishes to amend his approved cooperative breeding program to include the Red- naped shaheen (Falco peregrinus babylonicus) and the Steppe eagle (Aquila rapax nipalensis). The Virginia Falconers' Association maintains responsibilty for the oversight of the program.
