Conference

    Notice is hereby given that the Commission will convene a technical 
conference in the captioned proceedings on Thursday, August 1, 1996, at 
the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426. The technical conference will 
commence at 9:30 a.m. and will consist of five panels, as outlined on 
the Attachment to this Notice.
