(Viking) tendered for filing a report of Gas Research Institute (GRI)
refunds to Viking for the period from January 1, 1995 to December 31,
1995.
Viking states that the refunds have been based on a total refund

Viking's firm shippers based on their relative contributions to GRI
funding during 1995. Viking also states that the reported refunds will

Viking states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all of
its jurisdictional customers and to affected state regulatory
commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with Federal Energy Regulatory

determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing
are on file with the Commission and are available for public
inspection.
