The meeting is open to the public. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice of this meeting is given pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. 2. Agenda of Meeting The agenda includes the following: (1) Review ``draft'' accident investigation form (CG 2692) which provides a more detailed root cause analysis for marine accidents. The Subcommittee plans to propose recommended changes to CG 2692 to better assist industry in completing this form while meeting the needs of the Coast Guard. (2) Review sample ship/shore safety checklists to better define the role of human factors during pre-evolution and post-evolution conferences. The Subcommittee will consider methods for improved communications during cargo loading operations to better protect marine personnel and the environment. Procedural This meeting is open to the public. At the Subcommittee Chairperson's discretion, members of the public may make oral presentations during the meeting. Persons wishing to make oral presentations at the meeting should notify Mr. Bancroft no later than July 21, 1996.
