    In rule document 96-16402, beginning on page 33802 in the issue of 
Friday, June 28, 1996, make the following corrections:


Sec. 923.12  [Corrected]

    1. On page 33806, in the third column, in the third paragraph of 
Sec. 923.12, in line one, ``(5)'' should read ``(b)''.


Sec. 923.13  [Corrected]

    2. On the same page, in the same column, in the third paragraph of 
Sec. 923.13, in line one, ``(5)'' should read ``(b)''.


Sec. 923.25  [Corrected]

    3. On page 33808, in the first column, in the first paragraph of
