Take notice that on June 28, 1996, National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (``National'') tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Sixteenth Revised Sheet No. 5, with a proposed effective date of July 1, 1996. National states that this filing reflects the quarterly adjustment to the reservation and commodity components of the EFT rate pursuant to the Transportation and Storage Cost Adjustment (``TSCA'') provision set forth in Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of National's FERC Gas Tariff. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
