Reminder of Deadline for Receipt of Proposals for Law Enforcement
and Corrections Technology Research
AGENCY: Office of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice, U.S.
Department of Justice.
ACTION: The National Institute of Justice (NIJ), Office of Science and
Technology reminds interested parties that June 17, 1996 is the
biannual closing date for receipt at NIJ of research proposals to
enhance law enforcement and corrections technologies under the NIJ
1995-96 Research Plan.

Interested parties should obtain a copy of the NIJ 1995-96 Research
Plan by contacting the National Criminal Justice Reference Service
(NCJRS) at (800) 851-3420. The NIJ 1995-96 Research Plan is also
available electronically via the NCJRS Bulletin Board System on the
Internet (telnet to ncjrsbbs.aspensys.com or gopher to
ncjrs.aspensys.com 71).
DATES: The deadline for receipt of proposals is close of business on
June 17, 1996.
