Take notice that on May 28, 1996, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing a refund report in accordance with Section 4 of Transco's Rate Schedule FT-NT. Transco states that the report shows the flow through of refunds to Transco's FT-NT customers resulting from a refund received from Texas Gas Transmission Corporation (Texas Gas) in accordance with the Stipulation and Agreement in Texas Gas's general rate case Docket No. RP94-423, et al., approved by the Commission on February 20, 1996. Transco further states that on May 24, 1996, it flowed through refunds totalling $3,494,793.30, including interest of $185,030.00, to its FT-NT customers for the referenced Texas Gas refund for the period April 1, 1995 through October 31, 1995. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C., 20426, in accordance with Section 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Regulations. All such petitions or protests must be filed on or before June 18, 1996. All protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken in this proceeding, but will not serve to make Protestant a party to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
