L. 92-463, notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Board of Scientific Counselors, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on June 17-19, 1996. The meeting will be held in the 4th Floor Conference Room, Building 4, National Institutes of Health, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland. The meeting will be open to the public on June 17 from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to recess. On June 18 the meeting will be open from 9:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. During the open sessions, the permanent staff of the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Immunology will present and discuss their immediate, past and present research activities. In accordance with the provisions set forth in Sec. 552b(c)(6), Title 5, U.S.C. and Sec. 10(d) of Pub. L. 92-463, the meeting will be closed to the public on June 17 from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., and from 11:45 a.m. until 1 p.m.; on June 18 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., and from 12 p.m. until recess; and on June 19 from 8:30 a.m. until adjournment, for the review, discussion, and evaluation of individual intramural programs and projects conducted by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, including consideration of personal qualifications and performance, the competence of individual investigators, and similar items, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
