AGENCY: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

ACTION: Statement of policy; correction.

SUMMARY: In the statement of policy beginning on page 5554 in the issue 
of Tuesday, February 13, 1996, make the following correction:
    Change the reference ``paragraph III.B. (1) through (4) to 
``paragraph III.B. (1) through (5)'' each time it appears in the 
following places:

--On page 5555, in the third column, in paragraph V.A. (1)(b);
--On page 5556, in the second column, in paragraph V.B. (1)(a), and in 
the third column in paragraph V.B.(4).
