(``the Act''), the International Pharmaceutical Aerosol Consortium for [[Page 18756]] Toxicology Testing of HFA-134a (``IMPACT-I'') has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing the addition of a new member. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Astra AB, Sodertalje, Sweden, became a new member of IPACT-I on February 2, 1996. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of IPACT-I. Membership in this ground research project remains open, and IPACT-I intends to file additional written notification disclosing all changes in membership. On August 7, 1990, IPACT-I filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on September 6, 1990 (55 FR 36710).
