ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces the general availability 
of exclusive, partially exclusive or non-exclusive licenses under 
patent application Serial Number 08/591,839 filed January 25, 1996, 
Docket No. DAR-28-95, by Paul D. Wilson entitled ``Apparatus and Method 
of Automatic Recognition of Concealed Objects Using Multiple Energy 
Computer Tomography''. Licenses shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 
CFR 404.
