Ohio; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Ohio, (FEMA-1097-DR), dated January 27, 1966, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 31, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of Ohio, is hereby amended to include Public Assistance for the 
following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely 
affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President 
in his declaration of January 27, 1996:

    The counties of Belmont, Columbiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, 
Monroe, and Washington for Public Assistance (already designated for 
Individual Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Assistance).
    The county of Scioto for Public Assistance.
