Announcement of Intent To Grant an Exclusive License of a U.S. 
Army-Owned Patent

AGENCY: Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces that, unless there is 
objection, in sixty days it will grant an Exclusive license to 
Rheinmettal Gmbh, Dusseldorf, Germany, on U.S. Army Patent 5,328,130 
entitled ``Stabilizer for a Cannon Projectile'' by Stewart Gilman and 
Anthony Farina based upon Serial No. 08/000,032 filed January 4, 1993, 
Docket No. DAR-49-91. Notice of availability for licensing this was 
previously announced in the Federal Register on June 4, 1993. (Vol. 58, 
No. 106.)
