Abstract: Firearms manufacturers records are permanent records of all firearms manufactured and records of their disposition. These records are vital to support ATF's mission to inquire into the disposition of any firearm in the course of a criminal investigation. Current Actions: There are no changes to this information collection and it is being submitted for extension purposes only. Type of Review: Extension. Affected Public: Business or other for-profit. Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,380. Estimated Time Per Respondent: 3 minutes per line item. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 72,023.
