Correction
AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.
ACTION: Proposed rule, correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a
proposed rule that appeared in Federal Register of August 11, 1995 (60
FR 41314). The document proposed new regulations governing the sale and
distribution of nicotine-containing cigarettes and smokeless tobacco
products to children and adolescents in order to address the serious
public health problems caused by the use of and addiction to these
products. The agency has identified some proofreading inaccuracies in
the references listed in the document. This document corrects those
errors.
