TIME AND DATE: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 8, 1995.

PLACE: Hearing Room A, Interstate Commerce Commission, 12th & 
Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20423.

STATUS: A notice was served on October 26, 1995, scheduling a Voting 
Conference to be held on November 7, 1995. This Conference has been 
rescheduled and will now be held on November 8, 1995.
    The Commission will meet to discuss among themselves the agenda 
items listed below. Although the conference is open for public 
observation, no public participation is permitted.
