Topographic Land Surveyors A/K/A Topographic Engineering Company 
Midland, TX; Amended Certification Regarding Eligibility To Apply for 
Worker Adjustment Assistance

    In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 USC 
2273) the Department of Labor issued a Certification Regarding 
Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on August 16, 
1995, applicable to all workers of Topographic Land Surveyors, Midland, 
Texas. The notice will soon be published in the Federal Register.
    New information received from the company shows that some of the 
workers at the subject firm had their unemployment insurance (UI) taxes 
paid to Topographic Engineering Company.
    Accordingly, the Department is amending the certification to 
properly reflect this matter.
    The amended notice applicable to TA-W-31,326 is hereby issued as 
follows:

    All workers of Topographic Land Surveyors, a/k/a Topographic 
Engineering Company, Midland, Texas who became totally or partially 
separated from employment on or after June 28, 1994 are eligible to 
apply for adjustment assistance under Section 223 of the Trade Act 
of 1974.
