AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is amending its
regulations to include the new address and, where appropriate, new
office and telephone numbers for its relocated Headquarters Office.
EFFECTIVE DATE: September 25, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Commission regulations are being amended to
reflect the fact that the Headquarters Office of the Commission has
been moved. The Commission previously occupied space at both 2033 K
Street, NW. and 2000 L Street, NW., Washington, DC. All headquarters
offices will now be located at Three Lafayette Centre, 1155 21st
Street, NW., Washington, DC 20581.
