Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC
Gas Tariff
July 18, 1995.
Take notice that on July 12, 1995, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company
(Koch Gateway) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets effective
September 1, 1995:
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 403
2nd Sub Third Revised Sheet No. 502
2nd Sub Second Revised Sheet No. 1409
Substitute Third Revised Sheet No. 2700
Substitute Third Revised Sheet No. 2701
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 2800
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 5200
Koch Gateway states that the active parties in this proceeding and
the Commission Staff addressed the outstanding issues at a May 31, 1995
technical conference. Koch Gateway states that it has revised these
tariff sheets to reflect the results of this process, all as more fully
set forth in the application that is on file with the Commission.
Koch Gateway also states that the tariff sheets are being mailed to
all parties on the official service list created by the Secretary in
this proceeding.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E.,
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the
Commission's Regulations. All such protests should be filed on or
before July 25, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in
determining appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on
file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
