SUMMARY: This notice announces the extension of the public comment period on the above named draft joint Environmental Impact Report/ Environmental Impact Statement (DEIR/DEIS) for the proposed incidental take of species listed pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). The original public comment period that closed June 26, 1995 (60 CFR 25734), is extended by 2 weeks. The Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has extended the comment period to allow adequate time for review and response by the public. This notice is provided pursuant to section 10(c) of the Act and National Environmental Policy Act regulations (40 CFR 1506.6). DATES: The comment period is extended through July 10, 1995. Written comments on the DEIR/DEIS should be received on or before this date.
