AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Phil Parr, allots Channel 
242A to Hudson, Texas. See 60 FR 05887, January 31, 1995. Channel 242A 
can be allotted to Hudson, Texas, in compliance with the Commission's 
minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a 
site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 242A at Hudson are 31-23-
50 and 94-46-15. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.

DATES: Effective July 31, 1995. The window period for filing 
applications will open on July 31, 1995, and close on August 31, 1995.
