Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice: Notification 
of Availability of Final Federal Agency Environmental Justice 
Strategies

    Executive Order 12898, ``Federal Actions to Address Environmental 
Justice in Minority Populations and Low-income Populations'' (February 
11, 1994) required Federal agencies to develop Environmental Justice 
strategies for carrying out the requirements of the Executive Order. 
The following strategies are available for distribution at this time:
