 Roger and Vivian Hensley, et al.; Change in Bank Control 
Notices; Acquisitions of Shares of Banks or Bank Holding Companies

    The notificants listed below have applied under the Change in Bank 
Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and Sec.  225.41 of the Board's 
Regulation Y (12 CFR 225.41) to acquire a bank or bank holding company. 
The factors that are considered in acting on the notices are 
[[Page 30542]] set forth in paragraph 7 of the Act (12 U.S.C. 
1817(j)(7)).
    The notices are available for immediate inspection at the Federal 
Reserve Bank indicated. Once the notices have been accepted for 
processing, they will also be available for inspection at the offices 
of the Board of Governors. Interested persons may express their views 
in writing to the Reserve Bank indicated for that notice or to the 
offices of the Board of Governors. Comments must be received not later 
than June 23, 1995.
    A. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (Randall C. Sumner, Vice 
President) 411 Locust Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63166:
    1. Roger and Vivian Hensley, Eudora, Arkansas; to acquire an 
additional 11.94 percent, for a total of 23.21 percent, of the voting 
shares of Delta Bancshares, Inc., Eudora, Arkansas, and thereby 
indirectly acquire The Eudora Bank, Eudora, Arkansas.
    B. Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (John E. Yorke, Senior Vice 
President) 925 Grand Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64198:
    1. Thomas H. and Cynthia A. Olson, Lisco, Nebraska; to acquire 
directly, and indirectly through Lisco State Company, Lisco, Nebraska, 
an additional 70.13 percent, for a total of 94.56 percent, of the 
voting shares of Woodstock Land & Cattle Company, Fullerton, Nebraska, 
and thereby indirectly acquire Fullerton National Bank, Fullerton, 
Nebraska.
