Canned Fruit Nectars; Proposal to Revoke the Stayed Standard of 
Identity; Correction

AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.
ACTION: Proposed rule, correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a 
proposed rule that appeared in the Federal Register of April 21, 1995 
(60 FR 19866). The document proposed to revoke the standard of identity 
for canned fruit nectars. The document was published with an 
inadvertent error in the preamble section. This document corrects that 
error.
