AGENCY: Agricultural Marketing Service, USDA.

ACTION: Correction to final rule.

SUMMARY: This document corrects the final rule [DA-91-010A], published 
Wednesday, March 1, 1995 [60 FR 11246]. The regulations related to 
changes in the United States Standards for Grades of Colby Cheese.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: 

Background

    The final rule that is the subject of these corrections 
inadvertently omitted the word ``not'' in the third sentence of 7 CFR 
58.2475. This omission created an error in the maximum moisture content 
for colby cheese.

Need for Corrections

    As published, the final rule contained an error which needs to be 
corrected to provide accuracy.


Sec. 58.2475  Colby cheese. [Corrected]

    On page 11247, at the top of the third column, in Sec. 58.2475, in 
sentence three of the paragraph, after ``common salt and'' and before 
``more than 40 percent moisture'' add the word ``not''.
