TIME AND DATE: 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 1995.

STATUS: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The following matters have been placed on the 
agenda for the open Parole Commission meeting:

    1. Approval of minutes of previous Commission meeting.
    2. Reports from the Chairman, Commissioners, Legal, Chief of 
Staff, Case Operations, and Administrative Sections.
    3. Addition to the Rules and Procedures Manual requiring staff 
to telephone witnesses whom the Parole Commission subpoenas to its 
revocation hearings.
    4. Revising the Salient Factor Score to account for our aging 
population.
    5. Discussion on decisions outside the guidelines for unusually 
large fraud cases.
    6. Discussion on centralizing transfer treaty decision-making 
authority.
    7. Discussion on the transfer of states from the North Central 
Region to the Eastern Region.
    8. Discussion on the required number of votes on original 
jurisdiction and administrative review cases.
