SUMMARY: The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has sent to OMB the 
following proposal for the collection of information under the 
provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 
35), as amended by Public Law 99-591.
    Requests for information, including copies of the information 
collection proposed and supporting documentation, should be directed to

visitors to selected TVA public use areas to provide feedback on the 
condition of the facilities they used and the services they received. 
The information collected will be used to evaluate current maintenance, 
facility, and service practice and policies and to identify new 
opportunities for improvements.
