DEFENSE NUCLEAR FACILITIES SAFETY BOARD

    Pursuant to the provisions of the ``Government in the Sunshine 
Act'' (5 U.S.C. Sec. 552b), notice is hereby given of the following 
Board meeting and staff briefing:

``FEDERAL REGISTER'' CITATION OF PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Previously 
announced in the February 14, 1995, Federal Register.

PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TIME AND DATE OF THE MEETING: 2:00 p.m., February 
21, 1995.

CHANGES IN THE MEETING: The Board is broadening the scope of matters to 
be considered by adding the following information: The Board will also 
convene a panel of nationally-recognized experts to discuss the DOE 
Plutonium Vulnerability Study and to address questions that may arise 
from the results of this study.
