Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp (Duck Stamp)
Contest
AGENCY: Fish and Wildlife Service, Interior.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Service announces the dates and locations of the 1995
Federal Duck Stamp Contest, and the public is invited to attend.
DATES: 1. This action is effective July 1, 1995, the beginning of the
1995-1996 contest.
2. The public may view the 1995 Federal Duck Stamp Contest entries
on Monday, November 6, 1995, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the
Department of the Interior Auditorium.
3. This year's judging will be held from November 7-8, 1995,
beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, and continuing at 9:00
a.m. on Wednesday, November 8.
4. Persons wishing to enter this year's contest may submit entries
anytime after Saturday, July 1, but all must be postmarked no later
than midnight Friday, September 15.

1995-1996 duck stamp contest are listed below:
(1) Barrow's Goldeneye
(2) Black Scoter
(3) Mottled Duck
(4) Surf Scoter
